Handling Your Own Food Psychology
Once you’ve realized that you CAN eat anything you want as long as it’s cooked right, handling your food addictions should be much less challenging. A little-considered side of food cravings is that they’re actually your body trying to tell you what it wants to eat for nutrition, and in many cases you can substitute one craving for another if they share similar benefits to your body. Do you crave sweets like chocolate frequently? Try the sugars in fruit instead! A regular banana or apple will fill the same craving by your body, and after a few days, your mind will be used to it, too. Raspberries, blueberries and strawberries are excellent for weight loss while letting you give in to the sweet craving.
